द मेडिकल टर्मिनेशन ऑफ प्रेगनेंसी एक्ट, 1971   I  The Medical Termination of Pregnancy Act, 1971.

1. उच्चतम न्यायालय में सभी महिलाओं को (विवाहित या अविवाहित महिला) सुरक्षित और कानूनी गर्भपात देखभाल प्राप्त करने के लिए 24 सप्ताह तक गर्भपात कराने की अनुमति प्रदान की है। 
2. इसने द मेडिकल टर्मिनेशन ऑफ़ प्रेगनेंसी एक्ट, 1971 को विस्तारित है जो अविवाहित महिलाओं को सप्ताह तक के गर्भ को समाप्त करने से रोकता है। 
3. एक्ट 1971 और इसके नियम 2003 के तहत 20 सप्ताह से 24 सप्ताह की गर्भवती अविवाहित महिलाओं  पंजीकृत चिकित्सकों की मदद से गर्भपात करने का अधिकार नहीं है। 
4. मेडिकल टर्मिनेशन ऑफ़ प्रेगनेंसी अधिनियम में नवीनतम संशोधन वर्ष 2021 में किया गया था। 
5. संविधान  अनुच्छेद 21 के तहत प्रजनन स्वायत्तता, गरिमा और निजता के अधिकार अविवाहित महिला को यह चुनने का अधिकार देते हैं की विवाहित महिला के सामान ही बच्चे को जन्म देना है या नहीं।
6. 20 -24 सप्ताह के बीच की गर्भावस्था वाली सिंगल या अविवाहित महिलाओं को गर्भपात की अनुमति देना संविधान के अनुच्छेद 14 का उल्लंघन होगा।
7. विवाहित और अविवाहित महिलाओं के बीच भेदभाव संवैधानिक रूप सही नहीं है।  कानून के लाभ एकल और विवाहित महिलाओं की समान रूप से प्राप्त हैं। 
8. प्रजनन अधिकारों में शिक्षा तक पहुँच और गर्भनिरोधक एवं यौन स्वास्थ्य   जानकारी का अधिकार, सुरक्षित तथा कानूनी गर्भपात चुनने का अधिकार और प्रजनन स्वास्थ्य देखभाल का अधिकार शामिल है।
9. इस अधिनियम का उद्देश्य महिला के प्रजनन और निर्णयात्मक स्वायत्तता अधिकार के तहत वैवाहिक बलात्कार को बलात्कार की श्रेणी में शामिल करना है।

The Medical Termination of Pregnancy Act, 1971.

1. The Supreme Court has allowed all women (married or unmarried women) to have access to safe and legal abortion care for up to 24 weeks.
2. It extends The Medical Termination of Pregnancy Act, 1971 which prevents unmarried women from terminating pregnancies up to week one.
3. Under the Act 1971 and its Rules 2003, unmarried women between 20 weeks to 24 weeks pregnant do not have the right to undergo abortion with the help of registered medical practitioners.
4. The latest amendment in the Medical Termination of Pregnancy Act was done in the year 2021.
5. The right to reproductive autonomy, dignity and privacy under Article 21 of the Constitution gives an unmarried woman the right to choose whether to give birth to a child, just like a married woman.
6. Allowing abortion to single or unmarried women between 20 -24 weeks of pregnancy would be violative of Article 14 of the Constitution.
7. Discrimination between married and unmarried women is not constitutionally correct. The benefits of the law are equally available to single and married women.
8. Reproductive rights include access to education and the right to contraceptive and sexual health information, the right to choose safe and legal abortion, and the right to reproductive health care.
9. The purpose of this act is to include marital rape in the category of rape under the reproductive and decisional autonomy rights of women.

वंदे भारत एक्सप्रेस ट्रेन ।  Vande Bharat Express Train.

1. 30 सितम्बर, 2022 को प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी ने गुजरात में गांधीनगर से मुंबई के मध्य वंदे भारत एक्सप्रेस ट्रेन शुरू हुयी है। 
2. यह भारत की तीसरी वंदे भारत एक्सप्रेस ट्रेन है तथा इसके जरिये अब 05 घंटे 25 मिनट में गाँधीनगर से मुंबई तक पहुंचा जा सकता है। 
3. 13 अक्टूबर, 2022 को हिमाचल प्रदेश के ऊना रेलवे स्टेशन से प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी ने भारत की चौथी वंदे भारत एक्सप्रेस ट्रेन को हरी झंडी दिखाई है। 
4. चौथी वंदे भारत एक्सप्रेस ट्रेन ऊना से नयी दिल्ली के बीच संचालित है। 
5. नयी ट्रेन की अधिकतम स्पीड 180 किलोमीटर प्रति घंटा है जबकि पुरानी वंदे भारत ट्रेन की अधिकतम स्पीड 160 किलोमीटर प्रति घंटा है। 
6. पहली वंदे भारत एक्सप्रेस ट्रेन को 19 फरवरी, 2019 को नयी दिल्ली-कानपुर-इलाहबाद-वाराणसी मार्ग पर रवाना किया गया था। 
7. भारत की पहली सेमी हाईस्पीड ट्रेन वर्तमान में दो रूटों नयी दिल्ली-श्री वैष्णो देवी, कटरा और नयी दिल्ली-वाराणसी पर चल रही है। 
8. इंटीग्रल कोच फैक्ट्री (ICF) चेन्नई ने अगस्त, 2023 तक 75 वंदे भारत ट्रेनों के निर्माण का लक्ष्य रखा है।

Vande Bharat Express Train.

1. On September 30, 2022, Prime Minister Narendra Modi has started Vande Bharat Express train between Gandhinagar in Gujarat to Mumbai.
2. This is India's third Vande Bharat Express train and now it can reach Mumbai from Gandhinagar in 05 hours 25 minutes.
3. On October 13, 2022, Prime Minister Narendra Modi flagged off India's fourth Vande Bharat Express train from Una Railway Station in Himachal Pradesh.
4. Fourth Vande Bharat Express train operates between Una to New Delhi.
5. The maximum speed of the new train is 180 kmph while the maximum speed of the old Vande Bharat train is 180 kmph.
6. The first Vande Bharat Express train was flagged off on 19 February 2019 on the New Delhi-Kanpur-Allahabad-Varanasi route.
7. India's first semi high speed train is currently running on two routes New Delhi-Shri Vaishno Devi, Katra and New Delhi-Varanasi.
8. Integral Coach Factory (ICF) Chennai has set a target of manufacturing 75 Vande Bharat trains by August, 2023.
